Today we woke up to see that there was some tasty new Videos from Left 4 Dead 2. First off we have a brand new Intro Cinematic, though this one acts like a trailer more as it’s got the release date information but it does explain a lot of game play mechanics. So here it is:
Speaking of Game play we have 8 new videos from the Hard Rain campaign:
All of this was spotted at: L4DMods.com

why didnt you spot my thread about the new trailer?! its your own forum1!
I only noticed it as i was making this post. When i load up my browser i see iGoogle first and that has Google Reader in it and i saw that first before the forum post. Then when i posted this via the portal blog after i had done so i noticed the thread

The bile bomb screenshot from the first vid.
Oh and a charger punch does 10 damage on what I take to be normal since an infected does 2.
If only that screenshot was clearer
that’s one bad ass trailer
+IT IS NOT AN INTRO.
The videos audio is grossly out of sync in the linked versions I saw a little earlier, but a damn cool trailer it is nevertheless.
The video in the first link in this thread is in sync thankfully. I hate shoddy soundwork. Glad I found this link here.
The screenshot is from my HD laptop screen playing in HD on the link, so that’s about as clear as it gets I guess.
how did you embed a video Nick?
i did ask you in another thread but i guess you’ve not seen.
This forum section allows the use of HTML code. Because if i disabled it then the first post would look funny. I was thinking of enabling it throughout the forum.
so only Portal threads may contain it?
Yes and Podcast threads.
what if i wanted to embed a video in l4d discussion? or any place else?
Then just link to it using the [url] tags. I am undecided about allowing html use in other parts of the forum, it can be a security risk.
oh, could you give me an example of how to do it then?
[url] YOU TUBE VIDEO URL HERE [/url ] Just remove the spaces.
oh, thats real easy! thanks!
wait, thats not embedding.
it wont show the video on the forums in that square window thing!
Yeah you just have to set up a url link to it. Though i wonder if they’res a plugin for this…
